Privacy policy
In plain language: what data we receive through the website, why we need it, where it is stored, and how to ask us to delete it.
1. Who processes the data
The Media Box website is run by the Synergy Digital Group team (hereinafter — “we”). We decide what data to receive through the website and how to use it.
For any questions about your data, message us on Telegram: @founder_Synergy_D_Group.
2. What data we receive
Only the data you provide yourself in the “Get a quote” form or in our Telegram bot:
- your name — so we know how to address you;
- details about your project: what you are interested in, your niche, where to send the traffic (and a link, if you provide one), and how many devices;
- a description of your task — whatever you write yourself.
The website form does not ask for a phone number or email. Instead, to protect inquiries from spam, we ask you to confirm your number in our Telegram bot: you tap a button in the bot, and Telegram itself passes us:
- the phone number linked to your Telegram account;
- your name and username on Telegram (if you have one);
- your Telegram account ID — so that we can message you.
You can also leave an inquiry directly in the bot: it asks the same questions and takes your name from your Telegram profile.
Along with an inquiry from the website, we receive the address of the page it was sent from and the website language, so that we can reply to you in a language convenient for you. Our handler stores the IP address of your connection only as a fingerprint (a hash with a secret key), to limit the number of inquiries (see Section 5).
Please do not include passwords, bank card details, or other sensitive information in your task description: it is not needed to find the right solution.
The website has no registration or user accounts. If you are just reading the website and do not submit an inquiry, we do not receive your name or phone number. For the technical data seen by the services that keep the website running, see Section 8.
3. Purposes
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you on Telegram or at the number you confirmed.
- To clarify your task, find a suitable solution, and quote the price.
- To continue communicating about your inquiry if you decide to work with us.
- To protect inquiries from spam: to make sure they are sent by a person and to accept no more than 3 inquiries a day from one person.
We do not sell data from inquiries and do not use it for mailings without your consent.
4. How data is transferred and where it is stored
Your inquiry reaches us in one of two ways:
- Automatically. The form sends the inquiry to our handler on the Cloudflare platform (the Cloudflare Workers service). The website then shows a link to our Telegram bot: there you confirm your phone number, and the handler forwards the inquiry through the bot to our Telegram chat. Without confirmation, the inquiry does not reach us. An inquiry left directly in the bot follows the same path.
- Manually. If automatic sending is unavailable, the website copies the text of your inquiry, and you send it to us on Telegram yourself.
After that, the inquiry is stored in our Telegram chat. Only our team works with it. If you send another inquiry from the same number or Telegram account within 24 hours (from the website or the bot), it is not forwarded to us: we already have the first one.
The handler on Cloudflare stores data only temporarily — for how long, see Section 5.
Cloudflare and Telegram are third-party services with their own data processing rules; their servers may be located in other countries. For details, see the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Telegram.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the data from an inquiry for up to 90 days after our last communication about it. If you become our client, we keep it for as long as we work together. Your data can be deleted earlier at your request — see Section 6.
Our handler on Cloudflare stores data only temporarily:
- an inquiry from the website until you confirm your number — for no longer than 1 hour, and unfinished answers in the bot — for up to 1 hour after your last answer; after that they are deleted; once an inquiry has been forwarded to our chat, it is not kept in the handler;
- to protect against spam (no more than 3 inquiries a day) — for 24 hours, instead of the IP address, the phone number and the Telegram account ID themselves, we keep only their “fingerprints” (hashes with a secret key), along with the number of inquiries. The data itself cannot be seen in a fingerprint.
6. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
To do so, message us on Telegram: @founder_Synergy_D_Group.
7. What the website stores in your browser
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. There are currently no visitor counters (analytics) on the website — if any are added, we will update this page.
In your browser’s storage (localStorage), the website saves only its own settings:
- the selected website language —
mb-lang; - the website’s display theme, if it has been changed —
mb-theme; - a flag that the intro animation on the home page has already been shown (on your next visit it is shorter) —
mb-intro-seen-v2; - an internal setting for testing the language versions —
mb-geo-any(normally not used).
These entries remain on your device and are not sent anywhere. You can delete them in your browser settings by clearing the website’s data.
To choose a language on your first visit, the website checks your browser language and your device’s time zone. This happens right in your browser; nothing is transmitted anywhere or stored, except for the selected language.
8. Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The Manrope font is loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any web server, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your browser in the process. For details, see Google’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. The “I’m not a robot” check in the inquiry form. To tell a person from a program, it checks technical data about your browser and connection (for example, the IP address). For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare and Telegram — when you submit an inquiry: our inquiry handler runs on Cloudflare, and on Telegram you confirm your number in our bot and communicate with us. See Section 4.
- The website’s hosting provider may keep standard technical logs: IP address, request time, page address, and browser information. These logs are needed to operate and protect the website.
- Social media. The website footer contains links to our pages on Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Until you follow a link, these services receive nothing about you from the website; once you follow it, their own rules apply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this text — for example, if analytics or new contact methods are added to the website. The current version is always available on this page, with the version date at the top.
10. Contact
